Is accommodation and travel included?

You are responsible for arranging your own accommodation, lunch and travel. Refreshments will be provided by us during breaks and you’ll have an hour for lunch on both days in the heart of Islington.

What if I can’t come and need to cancel?

In the event that you have to cancel you will receive a full refund up to 8 weeks before the event.

You will be able to receive a 50% refund up to 4 weeks before the event (we will try to sell your space on to another attendee in which case you will receive a full refund but this is not guaranteed).

After that period no refund can be given, so please arrange suitable holiday insurance.


Can men come?

Most of our delegates are women, but men are absolutely allowed.

Are there discounts available for concessions?

If you’re a student, senior, disabled or on unemployed, we’re happy to accommodate and work on a ‘pay what you can’ basis – the important thing is that you join us! Just email us: hello@wildfirewomen.co.uk letting us know your circumstances.

We have just released a low cost/student ticket on Eventbrite so you’re also welcome to use this option.

Will there be opportunities for socialising?

Yes! We’ll keep you posted of details via email and you can start socialising NOW with our speakers and attendees on our Facebook group.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

If you are unable to make the event, you may transfer your ticket to a friend/colleague. Just drop us a line at least 24 hours before the event with their name.

Is there an alternative method of payment?

Automating registration and payment via Eventbrite helps us keep ticket prices down so that is our preferred method of payment.

However, you can opt to pay by invoice (head to the Other Payment Options link at the bottom of the ticket booking page). If you ask us to invoice you, your place will be confirmed on receipt of payment. If we don’t receive payment within 30 days (7 days for the mastermind tickets) we’ll have to release your ticket for resale. Please also note that payment MUST be received at least 14 days prior to the event date.

What if I I don’t have/want to use Paypal?

You don’t need to a Paypal account to buy a ticket for this event. When you get to the checkout select ‘checkout as guest’ and you’ll be able to enter your credit or debit card details as normal.
